From opening night to a fully booked terrace
Jungle opened with every indoor seat reserved. As the 2026 World Cup approached, we spotted a new demand: "public viewing Radolfzell". A dedicated SEO page was indexed by Google after two days. By Germany's first match, the renovated terrace with more than 40 tables was fully reserved for the first time.

One SEO page, one measurable business result
2 days
from launch until Google indexed the new public viewing page
150+
page views on the day of Germany's first match, around 60 directly from Google
40+ tables
on the renovated terrace, fully reserved for the first time since it opened
The starting point: the opening date was set, but the images were missing
Jungle had not opened yet. The interior was still being built, and there were no professional photos or intro video. At the same time, the new bar needed to start taking reservations before its first night. Waiting for finished visual material would have cost valuable weeks.
We treated the missing material as a design challenge, not a roadblock: How do you build anticipation for a place nobody has seen yet? The first version of the website had to create atmosphere, inspire confidence and offer the shortest possible path to a reservation.
The solution: a countdown that turned anticipation into reservations
A large countdown to opening night became the centrepiece. To bring the deliberately simple page to life, we developed a custom shader in Three.js. Fine smoke particles drifted across the homepage like shisha smoke, giving Jungle a distinctive atmosphere even without photos.
Guests who wanted to reserve did not have to hunt for a form. One tap opened a direct Instagram chat with the owners or the phone app with the complete number, including country code, ready to call. The digital menu already showed guests what they could look forward to before opening night.
The interim solution did exactly what it needed to do: the entire indoor area was reserved for opening night. In winter, when those were all the available seats, that meant a full house. Missing images did not slow the launch because we took responsibility early and turned limited material into a coherent experience, considered down to the last detail.
Google Business Profile: the decision happens before the first click
Many guests never open the website at all. They see the Google profile with photos, reviews and opening hours, and decide right there. We took over Jungle's profile, equipped it with current photos and complete details and connected it to the website.
The current profile shows Jungle with a 4.8 rating, more than 320 Google reviews, current photos, opening hours and a map view. These signals build trust and generate calls and direction requests before anyone opens the website.

Local SEO for the 2026 World Cup
Three days to turn search demand into full tables
The World Cup was approaching and Google searches for public viewing in Radolfzell were rising. We asked Jungle whether they would show every match. The answer was yes. That made the opportunity clear: people were already searching, Jungle simply needed the best answer in the area.

The opportunity
Demand that was growing every day
More people around Radolfzell were looking for somewhere to watch the matches. Many venues gave no clear answer or were barely visible on Google.
- 02
The answer
A page built for "public viewing Radolfzell"
We showcased the newly renovated terrace with atmospheric photography and answered the questions that mattered about matches, seating and reservations.
- 03
The timing
On Google after two days
With only three days left until the tournament, we requested indexing immediately. Google added the page to its search index after just two days. As the tournament began, the first 30 visits arrived directly from Google search.
- 04
The turning point
Full for Germany's first match
That Sunday brought more than 150 page views, around 60 directly from Google. Soon after, all 40 plus tables outside were reserved.

The best month began with a single search
During the World Cup month, more than 500 clicks led from Google search to the new SEO page and website. Those people did not find Jungle by chance. They were looking for public viewing nearby and found exactly the information they needed to decide.
The business estimates that well over half of those searchers became guests. An exact conversion rate would still be misleading: many reserved directly by phone or Instagram, while others arrived without a measurable website interaction.
Repeat visits and friends brought along later also sit outside web analytics. The visible 500 clicks therefore show only the measurable part of the result. That is the value of a website that captures real demand and turns it into business.
Common questions: websites for hospitality
Is a website still worth it for restaurants and bars in 2026?
Yes, if it is more than a digital business card. Guests decide on Google where to spend their evening. A website that answers their searches gets found and brings in guests you can count: one SEO page led to more than 500 Google clicks for Jungle during the World Cup month, and many of those searchers became guests.
What does a website actually do for a shisha bar or cocktail bar?
Three things: visibility for searches like "shisha bar" plus your town, a digital menu that convinces guests before they visit, and reservations or calls straight from the page. Add the Google Business Profile, which bundles photos, reviews and opening hours in one place.
Does a restaurant or bar need a digital menu?
A digital menu can be updated in minutes, costs nothing to print and is often browsed by guests before they visit. When prices or flavours change, you edit them once in one place instead of re-uploading PDF files. For bars with a changing offer it is the most practical solution.
How fast does local SEO work for restaurants and bars?
Faster than often claimed, if the niche is right. Jungle's public viewing page was indexed after two days and reached position 2 within a few weeks. The key is choosing searches with real demand that are still poorly answered.
How much does a website for a restaurant or bar cost?
It depends on the scope: menu, reservations and the number of SEO pages. With your details, we assess which searches in your region have potential and which scope is worth building first. You then receive a no-obligation quote or a few focused questions.
What demand is waiting in your area?
Answer a few short questions about your business. We assess what your future customers search for and which scope can turn that demand into measurable enquiries.
